Firethorn Golf is a Montreal based designer and manufacturer of golf fashions. At present, the company sponsors PGA Tour players Stephen Ames, John Rollins (winner of the 2006 BC Open) and Mark Hensby. Nationally, Firethorn has been on board sponsoring various events on the Canadian Tour for the past few years. Finally, Firethorn has been instrumental in the local golf scene in BC, sponsoring local golf professionals such as Canadian Tour Professional Andrew Smeeth and BCPGA Professional Fraser Mulholland. About the Tour

The 2006 Invitational Pro-Am is the culmination of an initiative, based on the vision of Fraser Mulholland, to create a competitive tour where professional golfers can develop their skill in the hope to someday play in the PGA full time. The tour is poised to grow for 2007 and is planning up to a dozen events. The goal is to grow this tour and attract playing professionals from throughout Canada.

Building a tour with grassroots support, requires help from passionate individuals who are willing to dedicate their time in pursuit of the dream. The 2006 Invitational Pro-Am organizing committee includes:
