Registering for
a VGT Membership:

Click
here to visit our online registration center,
click on "Memberships" in the left
category box.

Select the appropriate Membership level,
and "add to cart", then go to checkout.

If this is your first time using our
online registration center, you will need to
create an account, otherwise you can sign in
to proceed to checkout.

To
create an account: fill
out all applicable fields in the form and click
submit.

Make note of your username & password for
the 'store profile' as you will need them to
pay your entry fees for tournaments
through-out the year.
-
‘Accept’ the Terms
and Conditions of Membership and Tournament
Entry. You will be directed to payment Options.

Select payment method (to use a
credit card select PayPal API) and proceed
with payment.

A confirmation of your
VGT membership
with a username and password (different than the
store profile) will be emailed to
you within 48 hours. Once you have received
your VGT username and password, you can register
for tournaments as a member.
Tournament Registration
- VGT Member:
-
From our website, sign-in with your
VGT username and password.

Under the Club Calendar, Click on the
tournament you wish to register for. Read over
the
conditions of entry and fees involved and click
Register.

Check to make sure all details of your
membership are correct and click Register.

Click OK to finalize pre-registration.
-
You are now pre-registered (on the
‘backup list’) for this tournament.

Click on MY FRONTPAGE to see the events
you are pre-registered for. You will find this
under
MY TIMES. You will also find your tee-time here
once the draw for a tournament is done.

If you want to register for another
tournament, follow steps 1-4. Otherwise, proceed
to tournament
payment.

Tournament Payment

Click

click on "Tournaments" in the left
category box.

Select the appropriate
Tournament,
and "add to cart", then go to checkout.

Sign in with the credentials you setup
when paying for your membership (store
profile)

‘Accept’ the Terms
and Conditions of Membership and Tournament
Entry. You will be directed to payment Options.

Select payment method (to use a
credit card select PayPal API) and proceed
with payment.

A confirmation of your
payment will be emailed to
you within 48 hours.
Note: By agreeing to all
VGT TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, you agree to have your credit card
on file processed for payment of the event you
are pre-registered for if your payment is not
received by the tournament’s registration
deadline.
Tournament Registration
- Non-VGT Member:

Click
here to visit our online registration center,
click on "Tournaments" in the left
category box.

Select the appropriate
Tournament,
and "add to cart", then go to checkout.

If this is your first time using our
online registration center, you will need to
create an account, otherwise you can sign in
to your 'store profile' and proceed to checkout.

To
create an account: fill
out all applicable fields in the form and click
submit.

and Conditions of Membership and Tournament
Entry. You will be directed to payment Options.

Select payment method (to use a
credit card select PayPal API) and proceed
with payment.

Note: Non-members are suggested to register
for a tournament as early as possible in case of
near to or full field situations where priority
is given to Members up until the registration
deadline (1 week prior to event). Early
registration will not guarantee entry to an
event, but it will ensure priority status for
non-members. In the event of a full members
field where a non-member registers and pays for
a tournament but does not get into the event,
said non-member will be given a full refund for
their entry.
